The management team at ICC head up all departments to enable service delivery across the business. They manage multiple teams including logistics, engineering, workshops, accounts, marketing, sales, service delivery and helpdesk support. ICC are proud of the whole team who are dedicated to delivering IT support and services whilst ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Leon founded ICC in 1998 after 7 years at a UK premier DEC reseller, working his way up from Warehouse Operative to Sales Manager. He formed ICC with a view to ensure customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Reinvestment and the ability to adapt to change is the focus for Leon, he loves business and the challenges that it presents. He is an advocate in seeing people develop and succeed. Leon enjoys cycling, swimming, property development, cars and the odd tipple!

Mick is responsible for managing the day-to-day strategic aspects of ICC’s services portfolio within engineering, workshops and technical support. He aims to continually develop the team’s capabilities and maintain SLAs to ensure continued customer satisfaction. Mick has led and developed ICC’s in-house apprenticeship scheme resulting in several highly skilled engineers, enhancing ICC’s offering. Mick loves technical gadgets and enjoys DIY in his spare time.

Becky is an experienced marketing leader with a real passion for engaging with customers. She works closely with the sales team to align services and drive brand awareness to achieve corporate objectives. She was awarded ICC’s ‘Employee of the Year 2020’ for delivering clear communication to customers throughout the pandemic and developing the marketing strategy. Becky loves cycling and walking with her family and dogs, sneaking them (just the dogs) into work when she can!

Charlie is responsible for establishing processes to provide a consistently high level of customer service, as well as setting ICC’s business KPI and SLA targets to ensure continuous improvement. Her aim is to identify customer needs, oversee the delivery of services across the business and ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Charlie has achieved the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management. She loves dogs, especially her beautiful lab Penny, and she enjoys a good gin.

James oversees all inbound service calls, maintaining customer focus whilst meeting reflective SLAs. Since joining ICC in March 2010, James has progressed from working within the distribution centre to his current management role. He has achieved ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management in May 2018 and voted ‘Employee of the Month’ in July 2020. James enjoys walking and football, he was crowned ‘Parents Lockdown Kickup Champion’ in 2020 with a total of 198 kickups!

- Carl is the solutions team leader and supports internal IT Infrastructure for the group. His objectives are to set a high standard in delivering solutions to customers, ensuring customer confidence and satisfaction. His hybrid role also involves 2nd line support for our managed service offerings. Carl has recently achieved the HPE Hybrid IT solutions accreditation. He has strong leadership skills and is an excellent team player.

Nick has extensive knowledge of multi-vendor parts and systems with over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. He ensures all regions have the correct spares in place to efficiently service customer contracts. Nick’s focus is to align all ICC sites and distribution centres to create a single company ethos. He has developed ICC’s HPi and HPE accounts with considerable growth. Nick’s claim to fame is that he once shared a lift with Joanna Lumley and she said to him “Are you Nick Bansil?”!

Alan is responsible for managing the team of engineers in the South. He is an experienced engineer, specialising in HP with excellent pre-sales technical skills. Alan aspires to providing sound and knowledgeable advice to customers, to meet their specific requirements. Alan is a strong leader, he has helped to relocate ICC’s offices to the new location in Basingstoke, including setting up the workshop and storage facility. Alan loves a bit of Scuba diving in his spare time.

Alan is responsible for managing the Bid Team in response to quotation requests from customers, both internal and external. With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Alan has overseen many successful RFQ’s that have come to order. He takes pride in a fast, accurate turnaround to help ICC gain more business with a strong reputation for reliability and competitiveness in the market. Alan enjoys fishing, 20th century history, camping and keeping Corydora catfish.
